Dave DeVries, Senior Pastor:

Pastor Dave has been serving Trinity for 28 years, first as a Youth Pastor and for the last 25 years as Sr. Pastor. Dave has an MDiv from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and did undergraduate studies in psychology at Barrington College. In addition to his role as Pastor, Dave serves as Chairman of the Southern CT Christian Counseling Center and is on the board of overseers for the Baptist General Conference.
Clifton Davis, Associate Pastor of Worship:
Clifton Davis leads worship and composes music. Motivated by the goodness of God’s gifts, he helps people to become lifelong worshippers of the revealed God of
the Bible.
Published by Lifeway Music and UMI, many choirs and orchestras have performed his arrangements and original works. Clif earned a Master of Divinity in Church Music degree from Southern Seminary in
Louisville, Kentucky. He delights in his marriage to Julie, and their two daughters bring them much joy.
Donna Gieger, Director of Children’s Ministries:
Donna has been overseeing Trinity's Children's Ministries since 1996. She loves children and loves to see them growing in the Lord. Donna is responsible for directing our Sunday morning Son Seeker program, Trinity Kids Club, Children's Fellowship activities and our Vacation Bible School.
Cindy Barker, Director/Lead Teacher,
Trinity Learning Center
Cindy has been a preschool teacher for the past 20 years and has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a member of the National Association
for the Education of Young Children and sits on the Preschool Advisory Council for Hasbro Toys Inc., Playskool Division.
Besides directing TLC’s day to day operations, she is also the lead teacher for the 3 and 4
year old classes. She has a passion for teaching preschoolers and feels it is a privilege to be able to show them the love of Jesus on a daily basis.
Paul Butterfield, Director of Facilities:
Paul has chosen to remain an international man of mystery.
